It is surprising to read an article about children’s television that ignores Public Television. Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, Sesame Street, Reading Rainbow, Wonderworks and Degrassi Junior High provide different voices in a world of children’s television, which is often most concerned with mimicking last year’s hottest hit.
