On April 27, 2006, Degrassi: The Next Generation star Andrea Lewis (Hazel Aden) appeared on CTV’s entertainment news program eTalk Daily.
Hosted by Tanya Kim, the segment served as an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Canadian edition of MTV Cribs. The episode, which premiered later that same evening on the newly launched MTV Canada, featured Lewis alongside Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger and Toronto Maple Leafs player Darcy Tucker.

Filmed at her parents’ home in Pickering, Ontario, Lewis gave viewers a tour of her “crib,” playfully acknowledging that she still lived at home despite her television fame. Highlights of the tour included her “girly” purple-themed bedroom and her extensive CD collection, featuring influences like Beyoncé and Aaliyah.

Lost Media Status
Notably, the full 22-minute episode of MTV Cribs (Canadian Edition) featuring Lewis is currently considered lost media. While the episode aired on MTV Canada in 2006, it was not released commercially. This promotional segment from eTalk represents the only known surviving footage of her appearance on the iconic reality series.
